suji ladoos, an Indian dessert, are also a popular festival sweet ingredients and quantities are listed in the description box Ganesh Chaturthi is almost here so you can prepare it for this festival as well as the other festivals that will follow we will need 1 tbsp clarified butter 1/2 cup suji/rawa/semolina 1/2 cup sugar 5-6 tbsp warm milk 1/2 cup coconut powder 4 almonds & 4 cashews chopped and 1 tsp of melon seeds 1/4 tsp cardamom powder keep a pan on medium heat. add desi ghee and let it heat up once the desi ghee melts reduce heat to low and add the rawa/semolina stir continuously and roast the semolina till it starts to leave its aroma and just about changes its color the semolina is roasted and it has taken about 8 minutes to roast it put off the heat and transfer it to a bowl let it cool down keep pan on low heat, put in the coconut powder. you can use grated fresh coconut instead stir and add the sugar too we need to heat the sugar till it melts completely add the milk as well but 1 tbsp at a time. stir mix and add the next tbsp keep stirring constantly so that the sugar does not burn if you are using fresh coconut 2 tbsp of milk should suffice keep stirring till all the sugar melts the sugar has melted completely. put off the heat and place the pan on a cold burner add the chopped almonds & cashews, the melon seeds, and the cardamom powder and mix well add the roasted semolina and mix again till well combined then transfer to a bowl and let it cool for 4-5 minutes till it is comfortable to handle after 5 minutes the mixture is just about warm now. make ladoos as shown press the mixture firmly in the fist and keep rotating and pressing it till it comes together and then shape it into a lemon sized ball prepare the rest of the ladoos in the same way these ingredients will make 8 ladoos do try these making these rawa ladoos and give your feedback if you like the recipe please like, comment and share our video and subscribe to our channel. thanks for watching
