today we are making lemon indian-style coriander soup ingredients and quantities are listed in the description box let’s have a look at them 3 tbsp fresh hara dhania/cilantro, chopped 2 tbsp chopped cabbage 2 tbsp peeled & chopped carrots 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste 1 finely chopped green chilli 1 lemon 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp cornflour 2 cups water put the butter in a pot and heat it on medium heat until it melts once the butter melts reduce heat to low and put in the garlic, ginger and green chilli stir for about a minute or until the raw taste of ginger & garlic goes away stir continuously and keep heat on low then add the chopped carrots & cabbage stir roast these for a minute as well. put in the water now and squeeze in the lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder. raise heat to medium add in the cilantro as well and mix well. let the water come to a boil. while the mixture is heating up add a few tsp of water in the cornflour and stir to make a smooth solution the water has started to boil. put in the cornflour solution and stir it to mix it in cook the soup until it thickens a bit after a minute or so the soup is thick to our liking and ready to be taken off the heat. transfer to serving bowls here is our recipe of the day – lemon coriander soup do try it and share your experience if you like the soup please share the video & subscribe to our channel, and press the bell icon so you get our new video notifications. thanks for watching
