we are preparing a very healthy paratha today with radish leaves radish paratha is a very healthy & popular paratha and this one prepared with radish leaves is equally healthy here are the ingredients we will need. these are listed along with the quantities needed in the description box oil to pan fry the paratha one and a half cups of washed & chopped radish leaves 1/2 cup chopped radish leaves are enough to make 1 paratha 1 cup whole wheat flour kneaded into a dough. this is sufficient to make 3 parathas 1 chopped green chilli 1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds 1/2 tsp amchur/mango powder 1 tsp salt. since we eat less salt we have added 1/2 tsp only 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala put all the spices and salt in the chopped radish leaves and mix until they combine well do not mix beforehand and let the masala sit as water will separate out from the leaves. the spices are mixed nicely we will prepare the paratha now keep the tawa on medium flame to heat up & while it is heating up roll out the parathas you may divide the dough into 6 equal portions- two portions for 1 paratha take 1 portion, roll into a ball, dust with a little dry flour and roll it into a 5-6 inch round disk. keep the disk a bit thick as shown we will make 2 discs with 2 portions first the second disc being made once both discs are ready, spread 1/3 of the radish leaves mixture over one disc and place the other disc over it and press to close the edges then sprinkle some dry flour over the paratha on both sides and roll it out into a paratha 1 paratha is ready to be cooked. check if the tawa is hot enough before placing the paratha on it streak a little dough on the tawa and if it gets burnt immediately the tawa is hot as it is here reduce heat to low and place the paratha on the tawa let it cook for 30 seconds after 30 seconds raise heat to medium and flip over the paratha and let this side cook for about a minute then flip it over & spread a tsp oil over it after spreading the oil flip the paratha again and spread 1/2 tsp oil over the other side as well flip it again and roast the paratha by flipping it a few times until both sides are roasted brown. press any undercooked areas with the turner to cook them our first paratha is done. we will transfer it to a plate & prepare the other parathas similarly our 3 parathas are ready. we will now serve them do try these radish parathas and give your feedback we have served them with homemade yogurt and carrot, cauliflower and turnip sweet pickle. check out the links for both these on the screen to see how you can prepare them at home if you like the paratha please share the video and subscribe to our channel to see more interesting recipes. thanks for watching
